Incredible product, I excersize 5 times a week and I eat these after 2 meals in the day always after each meal. I have noticed the scale go down in now at 47kg and started at 49kg. I feel so much better digestion as well as bowel movements! Highly rate this product to anyone who has weight loss goals and wants to have healthier digestion.
