I tried the green bottle already and loved it! This is a repurchased item and wanting to try it together with the pink bottle. Cute packaging, helps with bowel movement. I’ve been taking the pink and green pills, and every time I have to go to the toilet several times per day 😂 but also I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle (cuz remember that there is no magical pill for weight loss). The pill is not big, easy to swallow, but if you hold it on your tongue for a bit, it has bitter taste

This is the first weight management supplement I've ever tried and luckily it didnt give me any issues. I took the pink 3x a day around meal times, and the green 2x a day. After 3 days of use, i noticed that it curbs cravings and promotes smooth bowel movement. Coupled with conscious food portioning and exercise, I lost 2lbs in a week. So yes, this actually works!

It’s only been a few days of using this but I can already see the benefits! Helps with digestion and bloating. Also for any non-Korean speakers, the pink one is to be taken 3 times a day BEFORE meals(먹기전에), and the green one is to be take 2 times a day AFTER meals (먹고나서). I realized this when reading the actual instructions on the bottles but it doesn’t really specify on the product description here written in English. Hope this helps!

I'm OBSESSED with these!! I'll start this off by saying I will definitely be repurchasing these :) The packaging is super cute and opens/closes really easily. I struggle with swallowing pills and was nervous to try them, but they were actually really easy to swallow! In case they're too big for someone, though, the pills have a groove so they can be split. They have a *slight* smell but it's really no big deal. The main thing with these is that they WORK! I have had zero bloat and consistent weight loss since I started taking these. I've gone from 96.8lbs to 95.6lbs in the first three days of taking them, and my waist has gone from 65cm to 61cm in the same time frame. I will say, the first day after taking them, I did feel REALLY dizzy. Probably because I barely ate anything when I took it, so DEFINITELY take them when you have food in your stomach :)
