SUQQ is not a shop with a website. It is a marketplace: some products are sold by us, most by approved independent sellers who meet our Seller Policy and the law. The seller is named on every product page, so you always know who you are buying from.

Sellers are checked. Every seller completes verification — trade licence, identity, and the licences their products require — before they can list. Counterfeits get a listing removed and an account closed.

The policy is the policy. What the returns, delivery and privacy pages say is what happens. If a page and the system ever disagree, the page is the bug.
