I was expecting this jelly to cut my appetite, but it seems like it was my over expectation doing a joke on me. When I had this jelly and ate like before - nothing changed. Then I tried dieting and having this jelly - my weight went down, however I guess dieting did more work for me than this jelly. I hope it works better for other people. Packaging is bad, when I open the jelly - it splatter a little over my clothes. It stains white clothes and hard to get off without whitening.

食べすぎたなと思った時の食後に食べています！ 味はアセロラやザクロみたいな酸味のある味です。 元々便秘気味などではないのですがこれを食べると割とすぐ出ます。 私はお腹が痛くなってくるので外出時に食べるのは不安なので家にいる時だけ食べるようにしています。
