Some of this waste could have been trapped in your gut for years! Isn't it time you get the gunk out of your gut? STEP 2: Improve the health of the colon Yerba Prima's Colon Care contains a) selenium, a powerful antioxidant, to support the health of the colon tissue. b) magnesium which promotes the flow of material to make bowel movements easier. c) FOS to feed the good flora, for improved digestion & absorption of nutrients. COLON CLEANSE SUPPORT: Improve food absorption by keeping your colon cleaned out. BONUS INGREDIENT: Prebiotic Fructo-Oligosaccharid (also called F-O-S / oligofructose) is similar to inulin and provides food for the beneficial flora in your colon. Happy flora = better food digestion and absorption. DIRECTIONS: Place powder and juice in a shaker or jar with a lid. Shake vigorously for 3 -5 seconds. DRINK IMMEDIATELY. Add to your cart b WHO TO USE: Does not dissolve. Mix with juice in a shaker or jar with a lid. Drink immediately (very important). Do not let sit for more than 30 seconds. Psyllium absorbs water. You want it to do this in your stomach, not in your glass. ✅ DAILY FIBER FOR REGULARITY: Improved stools for a healthier, cleaner colon. The main ingredient, psyllium, gels up in the colon to capture and sweep waste that's hidden in the crevices.
