This jelly helps with digestion and bowel movements. I can definitely see that I don’t gain weight the next day after eating large portions of food the night before. I usually eat this jelly on the day I eat a lot. There’s no huge effect, but there’s definitely some benefits to weight loss. It is sweet and there’s tiny seeds thats fun to chew.

I saw that NS Yoon G rave about this product and how she supplement this along with her diet. The flavor isn't too sweet or anything and is jelly so feels like I'm having a snack. Need to see the effect after more long term taking this, but so far i like it!
