Nexcare Hot & Cold Pack Comfort
I've purchased this before & needed to buy another one— nothing wrong with the one I already have, just needed more. I really like this pack. I don't really use it for the cold feature, more for the hot! You can either heat it by boiling water, but I usually heat it through microwave! I like how it already comes with a pouch to put it in, making it convenient when using. This size is great, not too small, not too big. Just right. Usually use it on stomach/back for menstrual cramps
