I like that there's tea tree on these patches, which help reduce red pimples. However, these patches don't seem to work on pimples with pus. I'm not sure if I would repurchase this item.

Very effective acne patches. They adhere well to the skin, are barely noticeable, and protect blemishes from external irritation. They help reduce redness and speed up healing, often overnight. The skin underneath stays calm and clean. The large quantity in the pack is a great value. A must-have for emergency breakouts.

Nexcare Blemish Clear Cover Relief 45+30 Count (Round Shape)
I usually get along well with most Korean blemish patches, even the more affordable ones — but Nexcare stands out as one of the most effective. They calm down irritated pimples or whiteheads that I might have picked at, quickly reduce swelling, and overall help the healing process. The redness doesn’t vanish right away, but the patches definitely make blemishes less noticeable. If I don’t wear makeup, they’re almost invisible on the skin, which makes them easy to keep on even during the day (like a quick trip to the convenients. I usually use them at night, but I haven’t really tried them under makeup yet. Compared to non-Korean options I’ve tried locally, these work much better, and I’m very satisfied with them.
