It has garcinia cambogia. Of course take it at your own discernment. I do find that it curbs a bit of appetite though it could just be placebo. Any sort of fibre you’re advised to take with a lot of water. Maybe I didn’t take enough, it does give you bulk but I didn’t experience bowel movement (that is caused by it)
