Probably the stronger gentle jelly laxatives😃 I find myself having no bowel problems or maybe even too much of a good thing😅 I recommend having these for 3 times in a row and then have it every 2 or 3 days after you become too gassy🤣

Very similar to foodology jelly cut, maybe it has a bit less of grains inside than I remember. I'm not sure if it works better than the other one. I would say if u chew it slowly then it decreases the need to eat for longer period of time
