I’m not sure about loosing weight but it does suppresses your appetite. My body no longer act like I need food every minute. Taking one pill in the morning before food, is enough to help you through the day. You will need to remind yourself to eat. This happened to me a lot. My body is focused on other things through out the day that it forgets that I need to eat.

I’m about to order 2 more boxes. This stuff really works for me! I’ve lost 4lb so far. It’s not a drastic weight lost. I think this pill just suppress my thoughts of eating. My eating habits have changed. I didn’t change the type of food I eat. However, I don’t have my mind telling me to constantly eat or crave more than I need to eat. The capsule it self is very small and it has a very strong vitamin smell.
