Always stocking up on these. They help my metabolism kick back into gear when it’s struggling. The peach flavor does help with swallowing them some, but they’re chunky, so be aware if you struggle with bigger pills.

Lately, my body has been holding onto weight even though I’m not eating much, and I think the tablets have been helping turn things around. I have lost a little weight, and overall I feel better, like my energy levels have stabilized. The tablets are chunky, but the peach flavor does make them easier to get down! That said, if you aren’t good at taking pills, these will be hard to manage.

So, I did a bit of a study with them. These work only if you maintain at least a slight calorie deficit. They will speed up calorie burning at night which made me sometimes hungry at night and I had to have a snack. Just exercise alone will not support their effect, unless you are also in a calorie deficit. I workout 4 times per week but ate within calorie maintenance and the pills didn't change anything. When I lowered my calorie intake they had an effect in that they amplified a bit the calorie burning. I lost more weight than I would have otherwise. Also alcohol is contraproductive, ladies. I would buy them when they are on sale for like half but not full price.

I don't eat pork and in the website it doesn't say any where in the ingredients that it contains pork. When i got it and read the box it says it does have pork in it I threw it in the bin. please mention all the ingredients in details

I've been taking this for two months now and I lost around 12lbs. Def not that dramatic, but I can tell it works. With no side effects at all. I can tell I lose weight faster, and even when I do binge eating, I think it helps not to gain weight.
