I cant really comment on the effect because it's very hard to take. The taste is very strong and not pleasant, kind of starts as muddy/vege mix and has a very sour aftertaste. considering you need 300-500ml water for mixing, it's a lot of bad tasting liquid to take. I am usually not difficult or too picky with food/drinks so needing to force myself to drink this was a surprise. Definitely will not repurchase and hopefully I can force myself to finish the box. Would I recommend it? Of course not.
