Like the fact that it gives what it says it feels warm around the neck somehow i feel pressure around my neck area so it gives the relaxing sensation to my nearby areas and quite helpful if i change the position

Tried to use it to keep warm but it wasn't really very warm. But it is still nice to have this especially during cold weather. Great for cold weathers.

It just doesn't heat. I don't know why. I put it on my neck but it didn't change temperature. I'm upset Update- it starts heating after 15 minutes minimum. Temperature is tender. Lasted more then an hour
