Oh, this is a delicious jelly. Sweet and not just the syrup but the jelly itself. It's a bit sultry because it contains ginseng extract. I took only one package and in 20 days I didn't notice any changes in my skin, hair or nails. So I can't say anything about that but it gave me some energy and improved my condition. It's convenient to take with you and use.

not sure if this helps has a very bitter taste i have not noticed a great deal of energy boost when taking this i will give it time amd see if it works more.
