Balance Fit Wristband & Massage Pack Set
when I opened the package, I immediately noticed a defect. There was a hole in the wristband, which makes it feel like it’s not a new product. According to the instructions, it should be washed before use, but I’m concerned that the hole may get bigger after washing and make the product unusable. I reported this issue, but I was not able to receive a satisfactory resolution. Overall, the condition and quality control of the product are disappointing.
