FLUORITE CHARACTERITICS: Fluorite has fluorescence, but not necessarily phosphorescence. Ultraviolet fluorescence needs to be observed under light illumination, and the light source cannot be removed. Phosphorescence is caused by the transition of electrons. It will only appear after a period of time when the light source is excited, such as ultraviolet rays, and it can continue to emit light after turning off the light.
