The XMMT 3-Hole Chrome Laydown License Plate Mounting Bracket is designed for Harley Softail, Dyna, and XL models from 1973 and up. This kit includes a chrome angled license plate mounting bracket with a backing plate, along with two rubber spacers to control vibration and adjust the angle of the mount. The overall size of the bracket is 7'' x 4'', and it fits license plates up to 7-1/4'' x 4-1/4''.
