This Dishwasher Door Gasket includes a new rubber seal that goes around the outer edge of the door to provide a proper seal. If your dishwasher leaks water during the cleaning cycle, replacing this rubber seal may resolve the issue. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools such as a multi-screwdriver, some disassembly of the dishwasher, and novice repair experience. Before replacing this part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for safety. Also, make sure to turn off the dishwasher's water supply below the sink.
