A ""noiseless"" stepper motor (STM focus motor) is used to drive the autofocus unit, providing fast, nearly silent and accurate autofocus performance, as well as full-time manual focus control.. To adjust the aperture automatically, turn the aperture knob at the bottom of the lens to A, i.e. the camera controls the aperture; to adjust it manually, turn the aperture ring at the bottom of the lens directly by hand.. Ruggedly constructed with an all-metal body, the lens features a weather-resistant design with three layers of protection and weather sealing for working in harsh conditions.. Up to date：By continuous upgrade lens firmware to improve lens performance through USB port, and adapted to newest Nikon Z-mount cameras (check the compatibility of your Nikon Z-mount camera in the product description)
