Triplett gem baluns can enhance your system with up to 4 cameras on a single Cat5 cable. You can IP address the entire analog system plus cable in place for a full IP digital system upgrade. You can also achieve longer cable runs - Passive up to 2000 feet, active up to 1.5 miles. Triplett gem baluns also lower material cost (Cat5 versus coax cable) and reduce the labor needed during installation by using cables already in place.
