Maybe it hasn't been long enough, but i cant really tell that it is having an effect for my skin aside from the other products I use. Its mainly applied around my T zone and eyes. Ill update in a few weeks.

I'm taking off a star because of the amount of product it contains... 12ml is very little for the price it costs, but I can understand that it's because of the percentage of retinal... I've been using this cream for a week and I can say that it doesn't irritate my skin. I recommend never putting it around the eyes unless it's a cream with retinal specifically for that area, and as for its anti-wrinkle effect, I can't say anything yet because I like to use the products for 3 to 4 months to have a clearer and more accurate opinion.
