I've only used it once and it's already helped a lot! I struggle with thick calluses from wearing bad shoes and the spray has cut down on the time it takes to deal with them. I love that I don't have to soak my feet for 20+ minutes before grabbing the foot file. This spray gets rid of the frustration and time commitment. The scent is nice as well. My only criticism would be that I wish the spray bottle was more of a mist, but this doesn't affect the performance.

I'm not sure if the spray makes a difference yet. But the file is amazing, gentle, and efficient! I thought all foot files were bad until I got this one.
