HOW TO USE - For a saturated bold matte lip: Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base. Sharpen pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape. Fill in lips, starting from the center and gliding outwards for full coverage. For a blurred, soft-focus matte lip: Exfoliate lips and apply concealer to neutralize lip tone. Apply color from the pencil starting at the mouth's center, moving outward. Softly diffuse edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
