The OTC 7480 Heavy-Duty Truck Clutch Alignment Tool is essential for installing heavy-duty single, two-plate, push/pull, manual, and self-adjusting clutches. Constructed from lightweight fiberglass-reinforced nylon, this tool is designed to prevent hang-ups in clutch disc splines while providing rugged support for heavy clutch discs. To use, simply install the clutch disc and pressure plate loosely on the flywheel, insert the alignment tool through the clutch into the bearing, center the disc, and then tighten the pressure plate to specifications.
