Quite good, I’d not buy it under the pretence of “weight loss” as it legitimately has nothing in it that can cause it unless you’re willing to say coffee itself. But that means every coffee can put weight loss on it which isn’t very fair. The flavour, however, is quite good. Very rich, almost caramel like. The caffeine is quite good, it mixes well with water and oat milk(I don’t know about regular milk though). The price is fine, a bit pricy but most instant coffee is. I’d probably not get it again unless on sale
