Doesn't irritate skin. No scent. I bought this because I was told it's great for acne and acne scars. Tried it inconsistently and saw no immediate effect for either. My pair cream from Japan is more effective for acne and all my brightening stuff are helping my PIE scar. Will keep using but at this moment not repurchasing
