i had been taking this lactiv melatonin supplement and yes it does helps. Normally i sleep for only 2-3 hours but now i can have 5-6 hrs. well my aim is 8 hours but i’m happy it improves my sleeping habit plus i am now dreaming as well which i never had for years. waking up i feel strengthened.
