Very good set for blackheads in the nose area. I use it once or twice a week in my evening routine after double cleansing. It cleans my blackheads very good and my nose is more moisturizered after that.

This did soften my blackheads and they were easier to remove. I use the Ilso tool to remove them, but do tend to rub harder than I should, which then leaves me with a dry, flaky nose the next day. I think this is from being too rough with the tool rather than the product itself. It also doesn’t remove every last blackhead and it’s best to only use once a week, which can feel a little frustrating when you didn’t get them all! It’s a good product and I do recommend it. My teenage son will also use it when he can be bothered!

An excellent product! I bought it to try it out because I had seen many good recommendations for it, and it didn't disappoint. It lives up to its promises: gently cleansing the skin and removing blackheads and accumulated oil on the nose. I loved it!

So idk why people like the ilso sebum softer. Maybe for dry skin or normal okay. But this is much better in formulation and less likely to clog pores compared to ilso. Also ilso had that bad scent that this one doesn't have. We'll how it goes but for me this is much preferred.
