The part of camera mount and lens mount are both made of high quality brass, while the tube is made of high quality ABS plastic. Shortens minimum focusing distance of lens for macro photography, convert almost any lens into a macro lens, save your cost of buying an expensive macro lens. Full Autofocus and auto exposure Compatibility. Extension tubes of 12mm, 20mm and 36mm lengths can be used individually or in any combination of the three for greater magnification. Fits Canon EOS DSLR cameras and EF and EF-S lenses. Note: the auto focus function will not perform very well after the tube attached, this is a problem in general for any brand extension tube set. The more tubes you add the more you have to close up the aperture in order to get the subject in focus, thus the more light you need. This means your camera may have a hard time auto focusing because of the small depth of field you work with. So compensate for it, use manual focus or set the camera on a tripod with a focusing rail.
