Not only does it upgrade your old shifter to the new iDrive style, but it also features functional LED indicator lights with green for park, drive, neutral, reverse, and M/S mode, along with the iconic Bimmer orange lighting for all the lettering. Bigger and bolder for better handling, give your Bimmer an upgraded sleek interior transformation typically found only on newer 2014-up models such as the F30 3 Series, F10 5 Series or F15 X5!. Installation Tip: Apply some force to quickly pull out the original shift knob and remove the leather boot cover; plug in the pre-wired adapter to the panel gear indicator lights and the new F10 style knob to eliminate any wiring/modification, test to ensure all lights work, then install back with the boot and push back the new shifter (for more details, please watch the listing video or visit bit.ly/2Y0Qb7H)
