It is really good for lymphatic drainage massage. The gel gifted is really easy to use. The EMS is not too overwhelming and the heating helps with the massage. One thing to note is that there is no English manual so I had to translate by google. The way I use it is to 1. Put enough gel on area of massage 2. press the first button, hold it to turn on 3. Glide along the way and press the first button to release suctions. After a few times I got the hang of it and I now use it twice per week, my thigh and upper arm is more firm and less leg pain observed.
