I am very low in iron and I find it very hard to take tablets but the liquid iron is very nice. The taste is really good. I really feel a difference, I feel a lot less tired.

Arrived intact, fast delivery, I liked the iron, it's tasty and doesn't irritate my stomach, it's convenient that it comes with citrus, we'll see how much the iron level increases after a month of drinking it
