The Factor 55 UltraHook XTV is designed as the world's safest UTV/ATV winch hook. It features an industry-first Closed System Shackle Mount hole machined into the body of the hook, ensuring a secure connection. The safety latch retraction pocket provides a clear throat opening, while the integrated secondary safety latch locking feature allows for added security. The latch locking pin can be stored in the body of the UltraHook XTV and can be removed and inserted into the hook tip to lock the latch in place. It includes EPDM rubber pads for fairlead protection, a titanium double shear pin, and a finger grip feature that promotes proper “Hook Up” orientation. This innovative winch hook can be stored against your fairlead, protecting both hawse and roller style fairleads from metal-to-metal contact. It is compatible with common 5/8″ shackles and supports rope and cable diameters up to 5/16″.
