Beautifully crafted filigree cast iron base; ready to be hung on your wall. Falling liquid in spout indicates improving weather; rising indicates worsening weather/precipitation. Fill glass only halfway with water so other half is exposed to the atmosphere; be sure to fill on a calm, sunny day. Customize by adding your favorite color to water. Hang in partial sun where temperature is fairly constant.
