Efficacy is hard to measure as I haven't seen a real difference, and I would need to use several. Swabs come in a pack of two per sachet, so if you open it you must use the other one soon after before it dries out.

It's better than using dry shampoo to refresh your hair when you haven't got time to wash it. Refreshing and convenient. No reaction to the product at all.
