The Design Engineering Floor & Tunnel Shield II is a high-performance insulation solution designed to block heat from various sources, protecting engine compartments and painted body parts. This non-adhesive insulation measures 42" x 24" (7 sq ft) and features a lightweight construction with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core. It withstands temperatures up to 1750°F of direct continuous heat, making it ideal for use in high-temperature areas such as fire walls, transmission tunnels, and floor boards. The product can be easily shaped and trimmed for a custom fit, ensuring effective thermal protection while also providing sound deadening capabilities.
