I use my eyes a lot every day, so I’ve been taking this supplement continuously for several boxes already. I can’t say for sure how much it has improved my eyesight, but I do feel better when taking it regularly. Honestly, I think if I didn’t take it at all, my eyes would probably feel much more strained and tired than they do now.
