Not a toner – it’s a wash-off bubble mask! I bought this thinking it was a toner, as listed on Olive Young, but it’s definitely not. It’s a bubble mask that you need to wash off after about 10 minutes, as it says on the original Korean packaging. Leaving it on like a toner feels very sticky and uncomfortable — I can’t imagine not rinsing it off. That said, it does leave the skin feeling soft and refreshed after rinsing, but be aware this is not a leave-on product. If you use it correctly, it works nicely as a quick mask.
