Have been consistently taken 3 sticks per day, but don’t really see the effects. Not as good as other collagen products that I ever tried before. Collagen only 1200mg per stick, but normally per person per day dosage is > 5000mg to see effects. Meaning I have to take at least 4-5 sticks per day to see effects. Seems not a cost effective product. I will not buy again.

It has pleasant taste and you can take it with water or without, easy to carry around in your bag and it comes with a lovely tin for home storage. I noticed my skin looking less dull since I'm using this supplement.
