My OCD makes me wash my hands like crazy and this helps my knuckles soo much after they get so dry and cracked. This is a balm but melts light a oily butter consistency. Doesn’t feel thick, more like a serum and it’s perfect on sensitive skin. Won’t sting or burn when applied. It has a very subtle herbal scent
