Arena Unisex Adult Elite Finger Swimming Paddle for Men and Women Pool Exercise Equipment for Swimming and Technique Training, Plum Purple/Arctic Lime, Small

Comfortable finger paddles for forearm power training that improve hand and finger strength; Perfect for competitive and fitness swimmers. Small hand paddles for women and men cover your fingers only, providing increased drag but leaving your palms free for maximum feel of the water. Flat finger design for working out the catch phase on all four strokes with adjustable rubber straps, universally applicable for a custom fit. Finger paddles allow you to swim very freely but offer extra resistance to help with proper finger placement so you can drive your stroke from the tip of your finger. Smooth edge of these finger paddles for swimming provides safety in the pool and lowers the risk of injuring a fellow swimmer; PVC free; Sold as a pair
