ALL hd PLEX bond treatment Step 1

ALL hd PLEX Bond Maker #1 was developed to be mixed with all chemical services, in particular color, bleaching, perms, & relaxers / straighteners. It builds and enforces strong structural bonds, protects hair from breakage, and helps protect from hair damage caused by chemical treatments. It does not interfere with the chemical service undertaken, no adjustment to the processing time, application, or mixing ratio. Must be used with ALL hd PLEX Bond Restorer #2 WHO TO USE: 1. Use with color, bleach, perms, relaxers / straighteners to protect and repair the hair. Can also be used outside of chemical services as a strengthening treatment. 2. Apply ALL hd PLEX Bond Maker #1 hair before service. 3. Do not alter developer strength or timing. 4. Must in conjunction defender Reinforcer #2. 5.
