3CE Shimmer Makeup Fixer 95mL
The first thing, this is literally the worlds most beautiful shimmer fixing spray and I mean the liquid just loo ethereal and out of this world but it doesnt just stop there, I thought it would actually be a gimmick and just looks with chunks of glitter but after applying and waiting for it to dry the first thing I noticed NO GLITTER CHUNKS, second thing I noticed its TRANSFER PROOF. So my rating is justified and honestly I will buy it over and over again cause the glow is unmatched. Thank you 3CE for creating this!
