18oz My Gold Sugar - Sugaring for Hair Removal (Firm)

Firm sugar is the best one for those just learning to sugar with the flick method. It won't melt as easily so it gives newbies time to learn the technique. Firm also is the best one to use for hot areas of the body including the bikini line, full Brazilian, butt crack and underarms. Firm is also great for nostril hair and ear hair (especially on men's very coarse and thick nose and ear hair). Firm is necessary for any salon who is offering full body sugaring because if you get a client who is hot and sweaty, the Firm will not melt as easily and will work much better than a softer sugar. Firm works best on coarse hair. Sugaring Paste used for removing hair from the body and face. The hair must be grown out for the sugar to remove it. Sugar paste can be used with a strip of cloth to remove it. However, the manufacturer made My Gold Sugar primarily for the stripless method or 'flick method' which they like to call it. The paste is meant to only be slightly warmed prior to use (10 seconds in a microwave). Sugar can also be warmed in a wax or sugar warmer. If using a wax warmer, make sure it is on the very lowest level. Some wax warmers may be a bit too hot so try it and see. The sugar does not need to be heated much more than body temperature, about 100 degrees works. If you don't have a warmer, you can start with the sugar at room temperature and it will warm to body temperature as you work with it from your hand and body heat. WHO TO USE: Warm tub of sugar for 5-10 seconds in microwave. Scoop a ball of sugar out of tub. Apply the ball of sugar with fingertips against the hair growth. Let the sugar soak in for a few seconds before removing. Remove the sugar in a quick flick technique from the skin and the hair will pull out at the same time. Then re-apply the same piece of sugar to the next section. Keep using the same ball of sugar until it is no longer picking up the hair.
